Tim has nearly 20 years of insurance and system development experience. He started his career as a business analyst writing requirements and testing the customer-facing and internal applications to sell and service property and casualty insurance. He transitioned to the Group Benefits business in 2017 and has held a variety of Product Management roles supporting the Claims and Service organization, particularly with contact center technologies and IVR experiences. In his current role at Guardian Life, he oversees a team of Product Managers supporting Group Benefits’ online benefits portal, including their recently launched digital wellness platform, and their Mobile App.
