Seun Aiyese is a senior financial services industry executive with deep knowledge of retail/e-tail banking channel management, customer experience excellence and growth strategies in a geographically disbursed business line units and unwavering passion for people leadership and a natural strategic leader of digital transformation. Seun is currently the President of Retail Experience at Southern Bancorp where he leads all aspects of Branch & Digital Banking, Branch Expansion, ATM Network, Customer Contact Center and Customer Experience since 2024. Prior to his current role at Southern, he spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry ranging from cross-business line experiences within Wachovia/Wells Fargo in the US to top Insurance firm in GEICO. He obtained his US bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s degree in organizational leadership at Bethel University and an executive program in financial technology at Oxford Said Business School. Seun is an avid soccer player and fan, enjoys volunteering with his family in the community, loves reading, meditating, working out, and occasional speaking engagement on his enthusiastic topics both nationally and internationally. He currently resides in the State of Florida.
