Michael has delivered more than 100 digital products and initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring tangible long-term value through pragmatic and strategic guidance.

Starting his career at Baseline Financial Services, Inc., which Thomson Financial acquired, Michael worked within the Client Services, Product Design, and Product Management groups, affording him a unique understanding of how technology can help companies improve customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.

As EVP of Growth at Modus, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s business development strategy. He previously led client services at Modus, working closely with clients such as ADP, Chardon Capital, Moody’s, Payomatic, and countless others to transform the way they do business with modern, scalable applications and experiences. All while decreasing costs, improving user satisfaction, and driving top-line revenue.
