Lee Wynn is the Head of Digital Servicing at Regions Bank, where he leads a team dedicated to designing intuitive, engaging digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive meaningful business outcomes. With over 20 years of experience spanning business analysis, project management, and enterprise agility, he combines strategic vision with a strong commitment to people-first leadership. In 2022, he served as an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at the University of North Alabama’s Center for Learning and Professional Development. He is also a certified SAFe Practice Consultant and teaches certification classes to help other agile practitioners and leaders adopt modern, scalable ways of working. Known for fostering collaborative, high-performing teams, Lee often says, “We aren’t building a team of robots,” and encourages a culture of “ask for help, offer help.” His leadership philosophy is deeply influenced by Daniel Pink’s Drive, focusing on autonomy, mastery, and purpose to empower individuals and teams to do their best work. Lee lives in the Birmingham area with his wife, three kids, and their dog, Clover. He is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and is currently learning to play the bass guitar as a creative and personal challenge.
