SVP Global Loyalty Offers Mastercard

A seasoned loyalty executive, Jill Moser leads the program performance, strategic direction, and product innovation for the global offers ecosystem at Mastercard. Jill joined Mastercard from Bank of America, where she was the head of BankAmeriDeals Partner Rewards and Incentives. Her prior experiences include leadership positions at companies including Shop Your Way and BlackHawk Incentives. She has previously been recognized for her work as one of the Top Women in Digital Commerce from the Digital Commerce Alliance from 2019-2022, and was a the recipient of the 2020 Founder’s Award from the Cardlinx Association. Jill received her BA from the University of Louisville. Along with her husband and four daughters, she splits her time between North Carolina and Kentucky and enjoys playing golf and volunteering with the PTA.
