Based in Milwaukee, Jay has worked at Associated Bank for 12 years in constantly evolving roles focusing on researching industry and customer changes and working to oversee successful changes. Change can be measured in a variety of ways, but ensuring the metric of success in the eyes of the customer has always been key. Jay has led the startup of new business units in Corporate Commercial and Retail business lines, managed the banks Payment Protection Program (PPP) during the pandemic, led the reorganization of the banks IT department and has recently been promoted to overseeing all Experience Management based programming, measurements and new initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, retention and corresponding bottom line bank benefits. Jay holds a business degree from Marian University, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and multiple industry certifications.
