Jaclyn Kalter leads a team of Behavioral Scientists at Vanguard focused on driving healthy financial behaviors and improving client outcomes. She has over 10 years of experience advising NGOs, nonprofits, and the private sector on how to apply behavioral insights to build solutions for social impact. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at ideas42 applying behavioral science to issues in government, health care, and consumer finance across the United States and Mexico. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Cornell University and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
