Courtney O’Regan is a marketing professional with 20 years of experience in the field, spending the majority of her career in financial services and banking. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Middlesex Savings Bank, where she prioritizes customer experience (CX) in her role. With a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns and leading teams, Courtney has been a speaker on topics such as ‘Building a CX Program from the Ground Up’ and ‘Fostering Cross-Departmental Collaboration to Drive Organizational Success’.
