Brad Kaufman serves as the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Marketing Operations at Principal® Financial Group where he orchestrates the seamless integration of content, data, and marketing technology to craft tailored customer experiences and execute dynamic marketing strategies. Brad joined Principal® in 2001, initially contributing to various marketing endeavors within the Retirement and Income Solutions division. In 2015, he led the establishment of the Marketing Operations team. His role expanded in 2020, overseeing enterprise-level "MarOps," where he is responsible for driving advancements in marketing automation, customer data platform, web analytics enablement, marketing processes and workflow, consent and preference management, social sales enablement, account-based marketing initiatives, and campaign execution.
